Public Accounting, also known as governmental accounting or federal accounting, refers to the type of accounting information system used in the public sector. Chartered Accountants working as public accountants help to implement spending at the local, regional and national level, ensuring that tax payers are receiving value for money from service providers and spending money in the best way possible.
