Having valuable work experience on your CV can complement your soft skills, enhancing your opportunity of landing your future grad role. But how can you get the required experience while you're still studying?
The Achiever Programme can provide you with valuable paid work experience* during your summer holidays, establish vital industry contacts, develop you for your future role, and give you an insight into the style of workplace or specialisation that could be right for you.
Students at any stage of their tertiary studies including post graduates studying business, commerce and accounting in Australia and New Zealand may apply for the Achiever Programme. Successful applicants will gain paid work placements* that can range from 1 - 12 weeks in duration between November 2017 - March 2018.
The application process is similar to many employer graduate recruitment programmes including an online application form, interactive cognitive testing, a short video submission, attending an assessment centre or phone interview and a one on one interview to meet a potential employer.
The Programme could provide you with the edge needed to stand out in the crowd.
* The salary for student placements is at the discretion of employers and does vary firm to firm.
