About the scholarships

These scholarships are offered to honour and celebrate Craig Norgate, a visionary business leader and former board member and Chief Executive of NZICA. CA ANZ remembers him for the key role he played in leading the 2014 merger between Chartered Accountants Australia and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

There are two annual scholarships available, each valued at NZ $5,000, designed to support emerging accounting leaders from the New Zealand and Taranaki region who have enrolled in the CA Program. 

Eligibility

These scholarships will be awarded to candidates who can demonstrate emerging leadership, community spirit, entrepreneurship and business acumen.

The Craig Norgate New Zealand Memorial Scholarship

Open to Provisional members enrolled in the CA Program, currently residing in New Zealand

The Craig Norgate Taranaki Memorial Scholarship

Open to Provisional members enrolled in the CA Program, currently residing in or closely connected to the Taranaki region of New Zealand
